PGARC Callsigns

The following callsigns are registered to the Prince George Amateur Radio Club:

VE7FFF, VE7FG, VE7PAB, VE7PAD, VE7RDI, VE7RES, VE7RMB, VE7RMU, VE7RPM, VE7RTA, VE7RWE, VE7RWT, VE7YXS.

With the implementation of new regulations on April 1, 2000, unique callsigns for each transmitting location in an organization's communication system is now optional in the amateur radio service.

As we upgrade or service our radio sites, all facilities associated with the 34/94 system will migrate to using the callsign VE7FG. Similarly, all facilities associated with the the current RES system will migrate to using the call sign VE7RES. With this approach, in a number of years, we will be able to return several callsigns to Industry Canada for re-assignment to others.
